FEATURES & APPLICATIONS
XYlink ML-400 is a liquid aromatic diamine with molecular structure similar to halves of MOCA and 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane(MDA). It can be looked as a chemical modified MOCA and can be mixed with NCO-capped prepolymer at lower temperature, showing better operation performance than MOCA. ML-400 reacts faster than MOCA.
XYlink ML-400 is mainly used as chain extender in spray polyurethane-urea systems. ML-400 could be used in casting PU elastomers when it is blended with low reactivity chain extender. The PU elastomeric products have good properties.
XYlink ML-400 can also be used in PU coatings, adhesives, microcellular elastomers, etc.
XYlink ML-400 is also a good curing agent for epoxy resins.
XYlink ML-400 might become somewhat frozen if stored at lower temperature for a long time, warm it before use.

PACKAGING
20kg, 50kg and 200kg net weight in galvanized iron drum or plastic drum.

STORAGE
XYlink ML-400 should be stored in an airtight environment to prevent contacting directly with air, oxygen, and sunlight. Keep the container well sealed after using and fill nitrogen inside.
The quality guarantee period is 1 year. Even though the product exceeds the expiration date, it could also be used if it is qualified by testing.
